This is an earlier colour scheme for the eggs.
I wanted a colour that stood out from the other colours. I wanted a colour that didn’t feature anywhwere elese in the sculpture so I experiemented with this shade of turquoise. It is a very beautiful and rare colour. However I think was do stark. It lacked a certain deep naturalness that I think the rest of sculpture has. I was too monochrome. Looking back now I might have been able to dum it down with some green on the top. So that would mean the core of the eggs would have been turqoise with green over the top. In the end I settled for the yellow and green.
