Agrax Earthshade
This is what I use for painting grime and dirt on a sculpture. I have found with the dolls that acrylics do not look realistic. They are two opaque for portraying earth and dirt stains accumulated over many years
Reikland Fleshshade
This is a good one for doing dried blood. Its not quite as realistic as I would like it to be but it does the job. I can easily get these Warhammer paints for the local Games Workshop in Aylesbury. They can also be mixed to create softer or harsher effects.
