New Concept
This artwork is inspired by Ninja Theory’s 2024 video game, Hellblade 2; David Prior’s 2020 film, The Empty Man; and Denis Villeneuve’s 2021 film Dune. I was going to leave the head gear as just sticks, but I decided it needed to be more decorative. And I always wanted to keep the viewer in doubt about what it is they are looking at. I want them to be unsure whether they are looking at limbs or sticks. I wondering whether to do more on the stone pattern or leave it as it is.
