Today I poured the silicone into the mold. I thought 220mls (110 of part A and 110 of part B) would be sufficient, but it looks like I’ll need more for the second half.
One thing I have to be careful of is getting the hot glue attached to the sculpture. This would disfigure the mold. The other thing to remember is that silicone wants to flow. So you have to make sure the pieces of foam board are properly sealed together.
